------------------------------------------------------- < LICENSING AGREEMENT > ------------------------------------------------------- Product: SpaceTrap Kit by KidXeni Licensor: Mansion Mob Records (mansionmobrecords.com) By purchasing, downloading, or using this product, you (the “Licensee”) agree to the following terms: 1. Ownership • All sound samples remain the property of mansionmobrecords.com and are licensed, not sold, to the Licensee. • Mansion Mob Records reserves all rights not expressly granted in this agreement. 2. License Grant • The enclosed sounds are licensed to the original end-user for use in music compositions only. • License is non-transferable and granted solely to the purchaser. 3. Royalty-Free Use • All loops and sounds in this kit are 100% royalty-free. • Licensee may use them in original compositions, including commercial releases, without owing additional fees. 4. Allowed Uses • Licensee may use the sounds in records, remixes, commercials, jingles, film, theatre, video games, multimedia projects, and commissioned works. • Sounds may be modified and incorporated into compositions. 5. Credit / Tag Requirement • When possible, Licensee must credit KidXeni or include the provided tag in their production. 6. Prohibited Uses • Reselling, redistributing, trading, lending, renting, or copying this product or its contents (including modified versions) is strictly prohibited. • Uploading or downloading this product or its sounds to any database, BBS, server, or sound-sharing platform is considered piracy and will be prosecuted. • Sounds may not be used to create competing products such as sample packs, sound libraries, or any resampled/sold audio product. 7. Disclaimer • All sounds are licensed “as is” without warranties of any kind. • Mansion Mob Records, KidXeni, and their distributors are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this product. • This agreement does not guarantee that the sounds will meet the Licensee’s particular purpose.
